Just stumbled across this blog article and couldn’t resist posting it for general interest 
Ever since 1969, the British tabloid, The Sun, has been running glamour shots on page 3. On November the 17th 1970, the magazine celebrated it’s first anniversary with it’s first nude Page 3 Girl. Page 3 Girls never wore a top since. But even without the tops, you can see a difference in the times.
