Nude figurehead

in Boudoir

Tonight I’ve been working on an image from my last boudoir session where we tried a nude figurehead pose.  This was demonstrated on the Yerbury Nudes seminar with the SWPP.

The idea is to have the material swirling up behind the posed figurehead, which is created in Photoshop.  This is supposed to work using the Liquify filter but I’m not yet happy with this as the texture of the material is lost and it looks too digital for my liking to be natural.

I’m going to have to do a bit of research into how to do this better.  As you can imagine this will make a powerful and beautiful image when complete, which was inspired by the Titanic movie :-)

Simple solution I think would be to use a fan?

Thank you Kevin, I did use a fan but the material only wrapped around her and there wasn’t enough to blow out much behind her :-)
