Wedding photos from Sarah & Ben’s wedding at Ufford Park Hotel near Woodbridge in the heart of Suffolk.
After photographing Ben’s football team recently I thought it was about time their Sarah & Ben’s wedding was featured here. This wedding was in my first year of photographing weddings back in 2007.
The day started meeting Ben and the lads at the Farm House on Grange Farm in Ipswich. We had a lot fun with a few shots of the Groomsmen while we waited for the pub to open!
After having a drink with the lads it was time to leave and meet Sarah for her Bridal preparation at the Ufford Park Hotel.

Sarah & Ben had both their wedding ceremony and reception at Ufford Park.
Ufford Park Hotel Golf Club & Spa
Ufford Park has great facilities as a wedding reception and can cater for up to 300 guests. It boasts air conditioned function rooms, which is fantastic for summer weddings!
Ufford Park is also well known locally for its golf course, making it a great venue if you are keen on golf.
Due to the golf course access is very restricted on the grounds for health & safety reasons as it remains open for public golf. Bride & Groom portraits can be taken on a small area of the golf course by a pond. However, it does have nice view in the distant background. There is no shelter from the elements so is exposed to the mercy of our British weather.
Group photos can be taken in an area behind the function rooms. There is a large patio area that is ideal with tables and benches for guests to congregate. It may be possible to take photos from one of the hotel guest rooms although this cannot be guaranteed. This area is also exposed to the elements.
As with all wedding venues it is a good idea to check what facilities are available for your wedding photography indoors in the event of bad weather.
Ufford Park provides excellent facilities and great standard of service to the wedding couple and their guests.
