Model shoot on location

Modelling Portfolios

Earlier today I came across a few pictures of me in action photographing models on location at a derelict RAF barracks.  These were taken a couple of years ago when I joined a couple of friends on a beauty & fashion photo shoot organised by Jon Gray an internationally renown glamour/fashion photographer.

After the initial talk in the morning we were pretty much left to our own devices to work with the three models there that day.  Later on in the day I created several set ups when we moved to new locations.

I edited the picture here of Emily tonight in Photoshop using some of my favourite actions.  Jon had a warming gel on the flash light but this made Emily look too orange especially as she had a nice sun tan already.  Therefore I opted for a Black & White conversion.  This combined with my usual portrait retouching, soft focus and vignette have transformed the image into an erotic evocative image.

Let me know what you think?

Does it work or should I have left it in colour perhaps?

If you are 18 or over and wanting to start or extend model portfolio lets see how I can help you regardless of previous experience.
