I just received this email earlier this evening that I had to share with you.
I photographed Sarah a couple of years ago for an FHM Street Honeys competition. Sarah’s email was a lovely surprise and completely out of the blue. Sarah has never felt so comfortable with any other glamour photographer as being in front of my camera 
It’s been a while since I entered any images in the SWPP monthly photography competitions.
Everything has changed again this year. The bar’s been raised even higher for the standard of images. And the old Bronze, Silver, Gold awarding is replaced with only Highly Commended and Gold.
Only a handful of photographers across the world get awarded a Gold each month.
I’m absolutely thrilled that this image got Highly Commended for environmental portraiture.
On Sunday morning I walked Buster (our dog) over some local fields. And I noticed the snow was sitting across the links of the chain link fence because there was no wind.
It was still light when I finished the work I wanted to complete, so I decided to take my camera on Buster’s afternoon walk.
I thought I’d look for a few details such as the grasses and chain link fence for picture libraries.
Surprisingly there was a man flying a model aeroplane.
Most people enjoying the weather had gone to the heath with their sledges. Their screams of laughter could be heard in the distance.
